Week 7 Thing 16
http://marylandlibrarieslearningacts.blogspot.com/2007/01/16-learn-about-wikis-and-discover-some.html
A wiki allows people to collaborate and develop web sites. Anyone can make changes, so information may not be completely accurate.
A wiki allows anyone the ability to take part in the creation and editing of web sites. Libraries can use wiki spaces for quick and easy collaborative work, and they can become a hub for community resources. Librarians may create wikis as subject guides. Adding wiki to our catalog would enable users to post synopses and reviews. This would help patrons make informed reading decisions.
